Returns and Refunds within 30 Days

We accept returns of our goods that are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Here are the return steps:
1. Fill out the Online Orders Form
2. We’ll provide you with a shipping address to mail the return to
3. Mail the item back to the address we provide (shipping paid by you).
4. When we recieve the item and verify it is unwashed, unworn and in brand new condition, we’ll credit you the original cost of your item.
Note: Only return items to the address we provide via email. Returns to the original shipped from address cannot be refunded.

Exchanges within 30 Days

You can exchange goods as long as they are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Here are the return steps:
1. Fill out the Online Orders Form
2. We’ll provide you with a shipping address to mail the return to
3. Mail the item back to the address we provide (shipping paid by you).
4. We’ll send you a replacement in the size and color you prefer.
Note: When ordering, please refer to the provided sizing chart. Being a small business, we cannot yet incur costs from orders placed to try on products. I wish we were as big as Amazon and could do cool stuff like that, but not yet. Only return items to the address we provide via email. Returns to the original shipped from address cannot be exchanged.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on
your location, but can be estimated as follows:
– USA: 5- 8 business days
– International: 10-20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! US-Based orders are shipped from teh USA.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
3. Stop by your neighbor’s in case the courier left the package with them.
4. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us use our Online Orders Form to contact us with your your order number.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t
be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP
code lookup to make sure you get it right!

How are your products made?

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations
worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility
that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

All orders have tracking, but our system doesn’t send it out automatically yet. Sorry about that.
If you want your tracking order, fill out the Online Orders Form and note your tracking request. We’ll email it to you as fast as we can.
